As I stated in my last journal entry, I am relatively new to DeviantArt.com. I've only posted a couple of photos since my joining, but have really enjoyed hearing the feedback from colleagues and peers. I think from that honest feedback, any good artist can be a better artist. I don't know about you, but I wanna be better! LOL!
Quite a few folks have asked what I have on the horizon. It changes often due to job drops and commissions coming in, but currently (and almost ready for photography) I am working on a 1:6 scale Shakespeare bust from the 1966 Batman series. It will feature the flip-top head, which is it's coolest feature on the show and the hardest to replicate at this scale! Thanks to micro-hinges, it will actually be able to work as planned!
After that, it looks like a 1:6 scale Kirk and Spock. It just always depends. The economy has all but halted the free-spending collectors of old and the market has been elevated with the likes of Hot Toys, so people expect a lot more out of artists like myself.
In any case, I appreciate all the support from the members of DA! The peer evaluation is the sharpest tool in my case! If you like what you see here, please check out my Facebook page as well. I update over there far more often and include many notes on production that I don't have time/room for here. Just do a search for Scott C. Fensterer and you'll find me!
Regards,
Scott

Star Wars models for DAZ
Images of available Star Wars models for your 3D rendering. Note that these are not downloads but, where possible, download links will be on the pages. Some are hi-res characters and clothing for G8 and G3 models, some are simple objects such as vehicles. I'm hoping this will be a fairly exhaustive look at both free and premium models available for Star Wars fans.
